Secretary's Report: nothing to report Treasurer's Report: Refund issued to Ian Demitri for uniform because he never recieved the uniform.

Registrar's Report: Registration is set for January 12 and February 4($15 late fee will be charged). The flyers will go out to the schools right after break. The end of the seasons registration was a waste time, did not get alot of players registering. More registration forms need to be ordered, Cathy will speak to Brian.

PR Director's Report: Recreation booklet will be out any day and we are in it this time. Dan will contact Jenny Martin re: putting our registration dates on the marquee board. Dan will check on getting information into the local newspapers.

Division Mgr's Report: Problems with Southfield U-12 girls team. Mike was requested to attend 2nd game against this team, no problems. Will address this at the inter league meeting. Will let them know we will not play them next year.

Field & Equipment Mgr's Report: Nets are still up at Rosie's and Ambassador, e-mail Brian to remind him that the nets are still up. We will need to order new nets for Ambassdor next season. The lock is busted at Rosie's ane there are no flags.

Commisioner's Report: We will not be able to get in the building at the new fields until the contractors get the occupancy permit. The contract is being drawn up between us and the city, we will need to hire legal counsel before we sign it. There is not seed down yet, don't know how that will affect us at this time. Mike attended the East side delegates meeting. Everyone is upset that the state is going ahead with complex in Hartland. There is talk of leaving the state and going to US Club soccer instead. Dave Harris is going to run for President on MYSL. Uniform invetory is down, Mike will be ordering new uniforms. we are going to bring uniforms to registration and the kids will take their uniform home with them. Mike spoke to Rick Christensen re: building a program with the city and the high school. Dan Jones will be conducting the Tuesday night training sessions. Mike wants to make sure he speaks to coaches about running up the score during games at the next coaches meeting.

Fundraising Mgr's Report: Can we do and MHYSA night at Big Boy's? Then we can do a 50/50 raffle while they are eating. Also may be able to do a fundraiser at CiCi's pizza also, Steve knows the owner and can talk to her.

New Business: We need to check p.o. box for checks. Michele Reye's did not get socks and wants a $6.00 refund. Board dinner will be December 14th at the Master's, spouses will be invited.
