Call to Order: 7:45pm

Secertary's Report: get meeting minutes to Dan Stahl to post on website to be accepted.

Special Guest: Presentation made by Challenger Soccer camps. Will provide a camp in MH, bring in coaches from the UK. The camp can be anytime we would like, runs approx. 3 hours for older, 1- 11/2 hours for U-6/U-8 players. They will provide all advertising brochures, posters, etc. Players can register on line and will receive give aways for registering on line and early. They will provide a free coaching clinic and 2 free goalee training sessions. We will discuss and get back with him.

Treasurer's Report: Current balance is $17,615.25 in money market account. Do we have a bill for SBC?

Registrar's Report: About 100 kids have registered so far, 30 online registrations also. Flyers are not getting home from the schools. We need to send a mass e-mail to all players from the past few years.

Field & Equipment Mgr's Report: First aid kids are ready. The nets at Ambassador have been knocked down again. We are going to give each coach their own set of flags to eliminate the flags being stolen and broken.

Commissioner's Report: Mike went to the field meeing. It was about a 15 minute meeting, they just wanted to know what fields we were using and when. No weekday games will be scheduled at Greenleaf because of softball. The complex will not have grass until 2009, but we can get into the building as soon as they get the occupancy permit. They have the contract drawn up for concessions, we will need to get an attorney. Waste management will be taking care of the garbage at the complex.

President's Report: Still have not had confimation on Feb 12th inter league meeting. Brian will discuss u-12 Southfield teams. Brian and Mike attending AGM March 29th.Mike will need a room for Friday and Saturday night, Brian not going up until Saturday. Brian is going to meet with Earl Stone regarding concessions to get information and input from him regarding setting up our concessions at the complex. We need to make sure that whoever gets the food handlers license is going to be around for 5 years.

New Business: Challenger camps.... we would to do an evening camp from July 14 - July 18, 2008. Brian will contact them to see if those dates will work, and then we can get the ball rolling from there. We would like to begin advertising for the camp right away.
