Call to Order: 7:45 pm

Secretary' s Report: nothing to report
Treasurer's Report: nothing to report
Registrar's Report: Registration went well. Uniforms at registration went good and kids seemed to like taking their uniform with them. 3-5 teams registered together. Dan Stahl is going to check computer to make sure everything is in correctly.
Division Mgr's Report: E-mail all coaches to make sure they have contacted their teams to register.
PR Director's Report: Make sure flyer for late registration has late fee on it. Also need to make sure that info gets on the marquee. Dan Milz will make sure flyers get handed out to all schools.
Field & Equipment Mgr's Report: New nets at Ambassador. Brian will check on Japhat to make sure they no we have games on Sunday. Brian has game balls, will make up first aid kits and put in ziploc bags.
Commisioner' s Report: Mike attend the Metro east district meeting, more discussion of complex being built in Hartland and that none of the rec kids will use it.
Fundraising Report: Any possibilitly of us doing the Hoe-down this year?
President's Report: Brian will be attending the inter-league meeting on Feb 12th. Mike and Brian will be attending the AGM in Bay City on March 29th and 30th.
New Business: Steve spoke to Joe Kurta he would be interested in helping us with camp and advertising. Per Brian the rep. from Challnger camps will be coming to Februrary meeting to make a presentation. Dan Jones will do Tuesday night trainings, just needs to make sure he has help from coaches.
Roundtable: We will be having dinner Monday at the Master's at 7:30pm.
