Fall Registration is now
closed and teams are forming. In the
coming weeks, registered players will be contacted by their coaches
with information on practice schedules and uniform pick up.
We have so much planned leading into the start of the Fall 2012

Show your support of our travel soccer club, EXPRESS
FC, and join us at this exciting soccer tournament in St.
Clair Shores MI. We have 4 teams representing our organization and
they are already working hard to make us proud at this weekend long
event. Please come out to cheer them on and see if the next step in
youth soccer may be right for your players and families. Schedules
are pending and will be posted as soon as they are made available

SKILLS CAMP - 3 sessions (8/15, 8/22, 8/29)
Help your child prepare for the upcoming season - and a very
special Open House experience - with sessions focused on teaching
and improving skills at all division levels.
Bring a friend, bring many friends! Our camp is open to all, ages
4-17, who would like to participate in fun and educational
activities led by licensed coaches and experienced players eager to
encourage and develop well-rounded, skilled players.
Where: Red Oaks Soccer Complex
Walk up registration up begins at 5pm. Warm up begin promptly at
5:30pm

Session Cost: $5

Participants completing every session will receive a certificate of
completion

Recreational Division Coaching Seminars - 3 sessions (8/14, 8/21,

Current and soon-to-be MHYSA coaches are encouraged to attend
these complimentary, educational seminars created to provide our
coaches the organizational and technical understanding that is

Challenge
Come out and help us kick off the MHYSA Fall 2012 season on
Thursday, September 6th!
Meet the board members, coaches, volunteers and parents that make
this organization so much more than just a soccer club. Enjoy
snacks and treats while you mingle and your children are busy
testing their soccer skills.
We are VERY excited to announce that we have teamed up with Elder
Ford Troy to host the Ford Escape Soccer Skills Challenge during
our Open House evening. Watch for more details on this evening's
festivities coming very soon!

INVOLVED!
MHYSA is always looking for volunteers to help. Remember that the
hard work and dedication to your child's development and love for
the sport is all done through volunteer efforts. Please help us to
continue growing and building a strong organization with many
offerings for our members by taking part in these volunteer
efforts. If you can offer you time or services to assist, please

IMPORTANT:
All Coaches Must Register
ALL COACHES & CLUB VOLUNTEERS have to have a RISK MANAGEMENT
check done on them. If yours has expired or you don't have one
please contact Dan Milz, president@mhysa.net , ASAP and he
will help you get one. ALL COACHES have to register through the new
GotSoccer system. This is how the state association checks your
Risk Management status. So, even if your Risk Management card is
still valid you still have to register through GotSoccer. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
